When I visited this place previously I was able to get a soft copy of my passport photo, today a different employee told me he couldn't do it. Is this inconsistency in training? Or did this employee just not want to help me for another reason?

CVS as a corporation is causing the in-store experience to be terrible. One worker until the afternoon as the self-checkout is their “2nd employee”. The automated phone system automatically hangs up on you when it can’t understand you instead transferring to the employees… and it’s because they won’t hire more employees for profit sake.

I just want to say thank you to the nice lady who checked me out today! My receipt says her name is Alaysia. She was the best! I did not have a CVS card so she pointed out the money I would be saving if I had one. She signed me up fast and saved me some cash! Thank you for being so wonderful!
