DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Worst Walgreens in Lincoln, all employees here have absolutely no customer service skills and managers are unable to help or correct any issues! Store is run down and nearly nothing is ever in stock!

Walgreens doesn't care about its patients or employees. The staff deserve your patience and kindness because they're wonderful people, but the business does not. Find a better business for your patronage.

I just wasted my whole entire day trying to get prescription for my daughter calling Walgreens all around town for it since the all “didn’t have it in stock” DROVE across town 3 different times because these specific Walgreens pointed fingers at other Walgreens that supposedly had what I needed. On my way to this certain location I even called and they told me that they got it a 2:45 pm and then get to Walgreens that said they had it and got there to find out they in fact did NOT have it. So I now have to try and keep my daughter comfortable without the medicine she needs. PATHETIC business.

Takes way to long in the drive thru also when trying to phone in a refill it takes an average 30 to 40 minutes on the phone. Customer service in the pharmacy is horrible. Corporate please do something.
