Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Rude workers and even ruder manager. They hang up the phone while you’re mid sentence with them and make rude comments to you. When I tried to cancel my subscription because I wouldn’t stand for their rude customer service, they ended up charging me twice. Even when I told them multiple times that I had already paid and even showed the proof on my credit card that I had paid, they held my car until I was forced to pay twice. Absolutely HORRIBLE.

The hispanic man that works at this place is an animal! He does not know how to treat the customers, really bad education! I’m so disappointed the garage is really nice but the man needs to be careful how he treat the customers…

Very rude supervisor, unprofessional . Worst experience. I came in and was told I can do an online reservation which would be 5 dollars cheaper. I the supervisor already had printed out a ticket. He didnt cancel that ticket and issued me the same one . I came back to pick up my csr, and was told that I have to call the online service to cancel payment and pay the extra fee because they failed to notify me that they needed the code for the online reservation. I spoke with the supervisor on the phone, and he was very nasty. This is no way in dealing with people and doing business... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Honestly the worst experience I've had. I am a female and they tried to scam me of my money, trying to get me to pay twice. They said I hadn't paid for the month yet, when I knew it was on my statement, and even after telling them that I did, they still tried to hold my car from me until I paid. If you're a lady, I suggest you go elsewhere. It was also rather difficult to cancel my subscription because of language barriers...
