Waited 50 minutes to have the car parked (with a prepaid reservation). It was NYRR race on a Sunday morning, but this is a yearly event that has been running for decades; this should not be new for this company. Booth attendant was unhelpful with communication, 2nd attendant was trying his best but only so much he could do. The SP+ company responds to alot of negative reviews here and they did contact me via text as a generic follow up to my reservation, however these responses of apologies/“sending feedback to management” are unacceptable given the frequency of dissatisfied customers. Only a handful of lots in this area, sometimes this zero star company will be your only choice. Parking lot also uses the address 1107 St Nicholas Ave.

They put a deep scratch in my rear bumper... even after I tipped the gentleman when I dropped my car off. It’s disappointing how little respect they have for other’s property, and that they have no concern with doing their job adequately.

This business clearly isn't taking the pandemic seriously. The attendant was not masked and did not take social distancing seriously. They also got into and moved my car unnecessarily when the lot was only a quarter full. I couldn't believe it. I have asthma and they literally put my life at risk for no reason. I tried to discuss it with the attendant and there was no understanding of the seriousness of the pandemic. In my opinion this business should be closed due to the serious safety concerns.

BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. I was told there was monthly parking AVAILABLE from a night shift worker on 3/23 as Hospital regulars were leaving the lot due to work slow down and was told to come in during the day and speak to Elving. Very next day on 3/24 i went and supposedly spoke to the manager Elving and was told that Monthly parking was placed on hold because he thinks they might be going out of business. (Really? A corp. parking lot going out of business?) i asked why? He had no real answer to give me. He told me to come back in a week to see if they still open for business. In all reality, he’s just hoping that Hospital workers come back instead of just signing me up for a monthly spot. It sad that dude is giving preference to hospital workers/ visitors rather than a neighborhood resident. I guess either the company makes more money of from hospital workers and visitors or employees see bigger TIPS coming from THE hospital workers and their visitors. EITHER or, their lack of business ethics no bueno.

Yes you can.
I don't remember exact prices, but I remember I was very satisfied with their price.
