They literally deny my service although I already paid with SpotHero. They tell me they’re full but take me after I complain. I literally told the guy this is my last time coming her. JUST because it’s always something where they’re “full”

Car damaged by attendant. Had to file a claim with my insurance company to get it fixed. The manager denied damage was done there even though I took pictures at the garage and notified the attendant. He made up lies to my insurance company. Do not park here.

Questions & Answers

This is my fifth time I come to park my car and they always tell me no space. I feel like they only deal with certain people or maybe I need to bribe them to let me park the car.

This garage is in a residential building and most spaces belong to the apartment owners. Others mostly rent monthly, so transient (day by day) parking truly is very limited. Don't think it is personal.
