How does this place stay in business? Most of their items are priced more than other stores, some items almost twice as much. I saw a Jim Shore figurine they were asking $75 for and it's $40 on amazon. This is what you will expect from this store and their counterpart Jami 2.

Insanely overpriced. The cheapest album you can find is $28.99, but most are above $30. Lightsticks are all $79.99. I'd understand making products more expensive if they were actually low on money, but the fact that they have TWO stores says otherwise. Not only that, but one of the young ladies who works there practically stands a foot away from you at all times to make sure you don't steal even though they have cameras at every angle. I used to come here almost everyday when they only had one store and a few of the employees knew me, but it's not welcoming now and there's only one employee who is actively nice.

The store had lots of K-pop at Jami 2…… But unfortunately the girls that works there lack customer service and just stood at the front desk talking to each other. I had to approach them to ask for products my kids wanted and they made me feel very put off and feel like I was wasting my time spending my money there. The man at the store seems nice though and more welcoming. Just the store worker need to be more welcoming and helpful instead of just standing there and letting help myself.

Has to be one of my favorite places to spend my free time in! they have so much from koop to anime to stationary, and for my kiddos all the plushies and toys at the first store! 10/10 would recommend!
