I go into eblens one asks right when I walk through the door if they can help me find something I explain I was just looking. Couple minutes later a woman asks same question . As they the try and hurry you out or make it look like they think your suspicious or something. I leave the woman is rude and sarcastic yelling have a good day. I wouldn't go there again if my life depended on it. They are so rude don't waste your money there. Poor customer service they make you feel uncomfortable for sure.

Walked in with my wife to get both of us new sneakers. Music way to loud. 2 young ladies on their phones near the register area. 1 young guy near the back of the store holding up a wall. Sneakers against side wall. We were looking for a while. No customer service at all! Noone came up to us and asked if they could help us! They would have to get the sneakers in the sizes we wanted to try from the back room so I'm guessing they could care less. This was at 11 a.m. Saturday April 3rd 2021. A pair of sneakers for each of us would have costed almost $300. I didn't know Eblens was doing so well they could afford to lose sales. After waiting a bit and noone asking if they could help us we left. As we were leaving the store I said loudly "whatever happened to customer service ". Will not shop there again.

4 workers in store leaves plenty of time to place items were they belong. I purchased a shirt on a CLEARENCE rack. Well ya can't return a " CLEARENCE" item!!!So I got stuck with SOMTHING I didn't want because some LAZY WORKERS DONT KNOW THERE JOB CRYTAL MALL STORE IS MUCH BETTER NORWICH, PASS. 🙏😎G.
