The McDonald’s app was not working in this area and it also stated that the store opened at A different time versus what the app stated. The associates were very professional management was very professional but it was an inconvenience to to the app problems

I was told that there was one machine to do the shakes, ice cream, slushies, AND Frappes and that it was not working. I could only get a soda. When I got to the first window, the employee cashed me out and walked away, no receipt, went to next window asked for receipt with no luck... the young man said I could back up to get it (really thank God I looked, a car was right behind me!) I asked for ketchup and napkins, he brought like 20+ ketchups, hands it to me and the majority fell on the ground, like seriously! I've been able get Frappes before when the ice cream machine was down. I know you use a blender so tell me how that is possible for everything to be one machine!!! Thank you for your time.

This place will give you tons of attitude and never what you ordered. I swear they have to be doing on purpose at this point. I can’t fathom being this bad at a job.

Had an emergency with wife here at backus hospital, ran outside to get 2 crispy chickens apparently they forgot to mention they where out of lettuce mayonnaise and cheese........got chicken only with bun not going back but very disappointed next time im checking everything in the window thoroughly. Cant trust the service paid full price too. Not the end of the world yet sooo annoyed!
