If this location had more training and properly staffed, it would probably do a lot better than it is. Most major meal times, this location seems to be empty minus a car or 2 in the drive-thru when all other options are packed. Food isn't too bad when you get your correct order, and sometimes you may have to wait 30+minutes till your order is ready.

Went tonight and ordered the popcorn shrimp combo. Barely any shrimp in the box and what there was is extremely dried out, hard, and over fried. Like they gave the crumbs of an earlier batch. The fries were soggy and oily. The only thing good was the lemonade.

Not sure where all those bad reviews were from, but whomever was working around 6:00 pm on Thursday, May 5, thank you for your kindness and great service. Super nice staff and they seemed to get along. Drive thru didn’t seem to work so I went inside. Not a big deal but maybe just address the customer to say it might be a minute. Clean restaurant as well. Thx!

This is what a two piece white meat meal looks like after waiting in the drive thru and paying over $10 for the combo meal. Obviously wrong; and the associate at the speaker just yells “POPEYES” when you pull up. If you wait a minute to figure out what is going on you’ll get a repeat “POPEYES!!!” Zero customer service skills here and zero quality or care about making accurate orders. Will scratch this chain off my list for quick stops.
