Random decision to stop here to look for a side chair to compliment an old secretary desk. This was a first time visit as well. The store is extensive and very well arranged. When looking over their displays we located a very nice chair from a dining set. It turns out you can order one chair shown in a display. Even better, the chair was in stock and available in 48 hours. Going to such a store today that has inventory available sooner than a couple months is almost unheard-of. Super fast and friendly sales process. Highly recommend this store.

Professionalism and customer service is top of the line me and my girlfriend came here looking for a sectional set and we got top tier service from Scott. He helped us find the right set that would fit correctly and most of all be comfortable for our setup. We also purchased a new mattress from Shane down in the bed department and I just have to say. The service you get from everyone here is top tier and the best of the best all of our furniture and home needs will be coming to Jordan’s for the future. Thanks Guys!

Bought $9000.00 worth of furniture and I can tell you I will never buy anything from Jordans again. The queen Simmons Beauty Black which was $3000.00 was actually 2 inches narrower than advertised making the slats in the bed very visible. The headboard rattles as the wooden inserts are not glued or nailed . The adjustable base is cheap and looks like a hospital bed as it is not enclosed in cloth like an actual Simmons power base that I own in my other home. I actually came home the other day and it was moving up and down on its own. I had to unplug it as the remote was non responsive. I spoke with customer support and the best they would do is give me $500.00 for a $1000.00 power base. How’s that for customer service. Just beware of the quality of the products sold in that store, they definitely do not match up with the premium pricing. I don’t mind spending top dollar far quality but in this cases I feel ripped off. I’ve had much better luck at Furniture Superstore and Bobs. Far superior quality at a much better price. Would not recommend Jordan’s to ANYONE!! Update….after much negotiations Jordan’s agreed to swap my power base with the one I thought I was originally getting in the beginning (non clinical looking) but charged me a 30% restocking fee. Upon delivery it appears the install crew tore the fabric most likely got dragged along the doorway. The install crew was very nice but were like bulls in a china shop. Sent photos to customer service and waiting for a response.

Can I give them six stars? Kevin was a great sales associate. He was helpful and put no pressure on us. He answered all questions and made buying several items very easy. We ordered our furniture on a Tuesday night and it was delivered right on time and damage free by a professional crew on Saturday morning. We made the mistake of buying furniture from another chain back in December and it has taken months to get everything delivered undamaged and as we ordered. We should have gone to Jordan's first and strongly recommend that others do!
