Huntington Ridge has been an absolute pleasure of a place to live! Dori, the landlord, is arguably the best landlord I’ve ever had. She’s always making herself available for her tenants, building a relationship with her tenants, and is efficient and attentive when something needs to get done. I feel super lucky to live in such a nice space, where the landlord and people around me are awesome :)

Have lived at Huntington Ridge for over a year and about the time I moved in Dori had taken over as property manager. Dori has been amazing at communication and her efforts to sort out some of the issues we were having. Ricardo is an awesome maintenance guy he always is responsive to any issues that need being fixed in my apartment. He even helped us with a nice table and chairs for my dining area which was very generous of him. The apartments are beautiful as well! As I moved in very quickly I did not get one of the remodeled ones but what I have is very nice. Highly recommend these apartments! =)

Dori is so sweet and accommodating! Great location in Norwich compared to other complex’s in the area, the apartments that are not renovated are very spacious and feel very clean if you are looking to save a little extra money! They also offer additional storage space.

I’m in the Military and me and my spouse LOVE living in Huntington Ridge Apartments, every time I have friends over they love the unit and location. I’ve referred about 3 friends to live here because of how much I love it. Mrs. Dori is beyond welcoming and assuring that if we need anything to just contact her, she is hands down the best landlord I’ve ever met. Ricardo the on-site maintenance guy is a great help, the first day I moved in I had a few electrical things needed worked out and he was there in a timely manner and fixed it super fast. I 1000% recommended these apartments to anyone who wants to have a welcoming atmosphere.
