I was in shopping for a friend of mine and came across a make up palette that had a security device on it . I went to show another friend I had and the security device got stuck on my brace and came off beeping. The worker was so rude to me! she came over and very very rudely said, "I'll be taking this up front" very rude... like I said. I have not had many bad experiences but this is also not my first time experiencing snotty behavior from this store. I understand that security device was going off but I was clearly NOT stealing or even opening the package in any way.

I booked an appointment online (which is super easy) and had my hair done with the wonderful Avery. She was polite, talked me through the whole process and costs (which are listed on the website but she wanted to be very clear). She took her time, didn’t rush any of the processes. Honestly a wonderful experience and my hair hasn’t looked this good in months!

My daughter in law got hired at this location and from the moment she walked in she was disrespected and discriminated against because of her weight. She came home on her first day humiliated and upset. These are the kind of people that work at this location including the Manager and assistant manager. I will not be shopping here and will tell everyone I know not to either.
