Will never use petco again. They refused to groom my dog because I had a hand written rabies certificate from a licensed veterinarian. I have made many purchases with them over the years, but Never again. zero stars🌟

Took my dog for her bath for the first time here. She was quite noisy! Did a lot of barking till the massage. She totally enjoyed being pampered. They were great with her and we will be back.

Don’t waste your money or time having your dog groomed here. Beyond hit or miss experience with low customer service. As the patron, I am ignorant to dog grooming styles per breeds. I as the patron rely on the groomers experience with breeds to know proper cuts. For about 15 minutes two associates argued with me about my dogs cut, saying things like. “We are petco, we don’t do things like that here.” When I asked about the dogs two layer coat and how a short hair cut would effect him. So essentially they charged my 100 bucks to give my dog a bath, his eye brows didn’t even get trimmed. They also didn’t cut hit nails… why the hell do I pay for vital care? I’m canceling my subscription right now and trying the Groton petco next hopfully with better luck.

When I walked in the door, I was greeted by an employee named Ruby. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. She offered advice and resources for my new puppy, helped me find the products I needed and helped to make sure I had the right fit for my dog. She also told me about the puppy training classes that the store offers. I have never received such cheerful and helpful service as I did from her. She was truly wonderful.
