The rental department was rude to my wife then rented us a half broke machine. Of course, on return, they claimed it worked fine after fumbling with it in the back. It’s a racket, go to Lowes.

After waiting two months to get my new appliances the delivery people dented both doors to my new fridge and the new oven didn't have any cooking racks. The following day I noticed a deep gouge in my hardwood floor which apparently was too late for filing a claim.. The answer from Home Depot when there are any problems is "please call LG using this 800 number". They do not accept any responsibility, all they do is take your money and let YOU deal with the manufacturer. No offer to take racks from a floor model no nothing, just a "you will receive a shipment in 7-9 business days. . I was also told by LG a service man would come to my house w replacement doors for the fridge in 5 working days but turns out the doors have to be ordered and won't be delivered for, you guessed it 7-9 business days. In retrospect, I should have demanded a refund and made them take their misfit toys back. That would have been inconvenient and expensive but they were not he least bit concerned about any inconvenience to me. Remember, when you get treatment like this from the big box clowns we are protected by consumer laws and a full refund is well within your rights. Next time I will demand nothing less.

I possibly can be in this store at list 30 times for few projects and I can't count how many times the employees are rude, treat me or make feel stupid, I really don't like this place at all, never recommend this place at all ,save you self a headache and go to lowes .
