They canceled my custom order twice...just when I was ready to go somewhere else...I suddenly get notice to pick up. I go to curbside check in and 40 minutes later standing at desk....and still no order! Home depot only from now on...this is horrible customer service!!!!!

Went in the other day looking for a stone for my garden and Antonio helped me pick out just the right one. Overall, very polite customer service.

Absolutely horrid customer service. Went to check out and was denied service at customer service as my truck was parked in a handicapped space right outside the door and told it was against corporate policy to check out at customer service. I challenged that and requested a store manager. The person who came was the “garden center” manager on duty ( I have seen her in the past with customers and I have had one experience with her) and she was aggressive in her speech and body language as I have witnessed in the past. I requested a copy of the policy which was not provided because she was uncomfortable providing the policy ( my expertise is 1- she couldn’t find it or 2- doesn’t exist). She gave me a card for the store manager and that was it. If this is how Lowes Lisbon customer service treats its customers much less handicapped patrons Home Depot is right across the street. Horrible experience !!!!!!!!
