We placed a pick up order online and after getting home realized they made the wrong ice cream. When I tried to get a refund for the incorrect item, I was asked to drive all the way back to the location with the ice cream or they wouldn’t do anything to help. This is the second time we’ve had an issue with receiving the wrong item on an order pickup. We won’t be ordering through Google again since you can’t dispute through them directly and won’t be ordering ahead from this location since they can’t seem to fulfill orders correctly.

This location is very sad. Even though Covid is over they have no seats to sit. Also the ice cream is melted before you even get it. If I had noticed how melted it was before I even got it I would have never ordered here even. Please stay away from this location! The ice cream freezer is bad or something. And the environment is very full and sad since you can’t even sit to eat your half melted ice cream.

The staff is always friendly. Suggesting new flavors and recommendations! I wish the parking was better. Definitely worth and fun getting IceCream! Please give kudos to the whole staff!
