Nailea, this is the second time being disrespectful and rude, I will make sure to tell people not to come to the jack in the box off vista way. I'm surprised you haven't been let go of yet! Staff are oblivious to customers who walk in, they will ignore you, they are rude and customer service is non-existent. We went in and wanted to place an order and we ended up walking out after bring ignored and not waited on. Rude should be their motto.

The gal took my order, they made my food and then threw it in the trash right in front of me because I didn't have cash - when at the point of taking my order she didn't say that their system was down... it was a $5 burrito..... like this is terrible service.
