Poor service Doctors here do not care about your condition and rush to the next patient. They also don’t prescribe medications. I had to go elsewhere to get the care i needed.

Took my friend their this is evening, we were told that prescription was going to be send to the pharmacy. Pharmacy never receive the prescription, we keep calling MD Now they never answer and we never got the medication. If you not going to send it, don’t give false hope.

For this visit, great staff at this Congress/Gateway Boynton location: Front Desk Chelsea is professional--intake process was quick using the pad, Nurse Bendi is very kind, efficient, super detailed in her questioning and handling, and Dr. Murillo is awesome, completely thorough with examination and explaining diagnosis, treatment and answering all questions. We are grateful that MD Now is open until 8p, also this facility is clean, has bottled water available and parking is easy. If you have to go to an urgent care facility, may your experience be as pleasant and reassuring as ours was.
