I was apprehensive about going here, due to previous problems. Boy was I surprised by D. C. Very thorough and caring. She went over everything and bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. Staff was very caring as well. Dr. C....you are my new primary care doctor. Thank you so much.

The best urgent care I've ever experienced. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the Nurse Practitioner took her time and explained what was going on (I had an infection on my leg), how they were going to treat it, what to look out for, and answered all of my 100 questions. Then the officer manager came in and wrapped it for me and gave me a bag with an extra wrap, gauze and pads. They didn't charge extra for any of that which I was shocked to see.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! MY HUSBAND NEEDED A RAPID TEST FOR A CRUISE SO WE CAME TO THIS LOCATION AND THE FRONT DESK LADY ALEXA TOLD HIM TO WRITE EXPOSURE FOR THE REASON SO HE WOULD PAY HIS COPAY. WE CAME BACK TO THIS LOCATION SINCE WE NEEDED ONE TO SEE OUR NEW BORN GRANDDAUGHTER AND THEY TOLD HIM THEY WONT GO THROUGH HIS INSURANCE SINCE HES NOT HAVING SYMPTOMS OR EXPOSED, SO NOW HE HAS TO PAY $100 FOR A SIMPLE RAPID TEST!! 😡THIS PLACE IS SOOO UNORGANIZED! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Yes, is it accepted for the PCR test. You can't use it for the rapid test, however.
No, an appointment is not required. My advice is to go in early. If you are going for a COVID-19 test, call ahead to see if the rapid test is available
They accept you if you don't have insurance. You would have to pay with your own money instead.
