I’m horrible with Confrontation, but I’m absolutely disappointed in my haircut from yesterday, literally started crying. I showed a picture of what I wanted and my hair doesn’t even remotely come close to it. I’m going somewhere else today to see if they can fix it. I will never come back Great Clips. I don’t see how you can mess up when I visually showed you a picture.

Apart from the fact that she didn’t want to listen.. I told her I wanted layer trim without getting my length touched.. I can’t do my normal pony tail since it’s half chopped. Charged me 20 for conditioning treatment when she originally said 15. A nightmare. Do not come if you want a fix of layers.. it was her speciality but messed up my hair and now I have to wait for it to grow

I took my very well behaved 1 year old in for a hair cut which he has had several times before and she ruined his hair. Left fade hard lines and uneven on the top. Not only that when she went to line him on the back it was not straight and didn’t even get all the hair. It was just a line then hair on the other side. Looos absolutely terrible will never return.
