So I just ordered from here on Uber eats. I paid extra for sauces I never received they also forgot parts of my order including my drink and cookie.

Ordered when I walked in and purchased the 16 piece family meal. It was around 7:30 pm. They were out of chicken breasts which I didnt want anyway so that was ok. It came with 4 sides. I chose 2 potatoes and gravy, Cole slaw and fries. They gave me the sauce I asked for however after checking my meal before I left I did have to ask for my 2nd gravy. They only gave me 1 when I should have received 2. Other than that the service was great, food was amazing and it didnt take too long once I ordered to get my food. Family loved it. WIN for mom!

I go to the Groton location once, twice a year, and every time I am disappointed. Ive ordered online, drive through, and inside, and I swear... EVERY TIME THE SCREW UP THE ORDER! HOW!?SERIOUSLY, HOW!? Weather its missing something, or cold, or... last night.. pieces instead of tenders, SERIOUSLY, How?! And its every frikin time! Oh, and as a last shoutout, how do you manage to trap half a vat of oil in every-single-piece?? yall are special

Apparently the hours stated online and on the door are just hypothetical. Those posts note the restaurant opens at 10:30. It’s 10:55 and the place still isn’t open. See you at Popeyes.
