Casa de Balboa Newport Beach Vacation Rentals

This is the second time we rented at Casa de Balboa 227. It is a lovely place with a great view of the bay. The kitchen is very well stocked and that was perfect for us because we love to cook and ate all but two nights in. The beds are so comfortable and the linens are top of the line! The front patio was where we spent a lot of time! Coffee in the morning, dinner in the evening and sipping wine after dinner enjoying the table fire pit! We brought our pup and he loved the long walks on the board walk along the beach which is only two blocks away! We also enjoyed ferrying over to Balboa Island for shopping and lunch, driving a short way to Huntington Beach for lunch at Sandy’s on the beach and Dukes and renting a Duffy to tour the boats and homes on the bay! I could go on but the bottom line is we had a great time and Pam’s place is wonderful close to many fun things to do! Also Pam was so nice and easy to rent from!!! She gave great instructions for the place and things renters need to know!

This was such a cute little house- remodeled, updated, clean and literally- steps to the bay!!! Beach is a very short walk. We loved that the home came with chairs, umbrella, boogie board, sand toys, etc.. which was SO helpful for us not to have to pack. We would absolutely stay here again. Great location- walking distance to restaurants, donuts, pier. Pam is also very helpful and responsive. Thanks for having us!

If we could give 10 stars we would. This was our favorite beach rental we've ever stayed in. It was like staying in a suite at a 5 star resort. The property is beautiful, well appointed, and immaculately clean. The private back patio was gorgeous and the front patio had amazing views of the bay. We will definitely be back, this was a fantastic trip. Thank you!

We just returned from a lovely stay in unit 225, and could not have been happier with our choice. The unit itself was beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we could ever need. The views from the balcony were incredible, as was the quiet location and ease of access to the beaches, restaurants, stores, and coffeeshops. We hated to leave, and will definitely choose Casa de Balboa for another family vacation!
