The hotel room is exactly what you should expect out of the cheapest room in the area, and then a little more. Comfortable beds, a nice shower with a good water pressure, and even room for the included table and two chairs. This room could comfortably host a couple for the night, with space for light entertaining of 2 guests. What really sets this hotel apart from others is the front desk employee. They have a wonderful kindness about them that sets the stay up for a positive experience. This is the place I would go to discover myself, to rest my head on a long journey, or to take a moment alone, away from the bustle of life. The Sheetz next door offers food and convenience at any hour, and the parking is right outside of the doors to the rooms, apart from the few that are upstairs. Check in availability ends at midnight, but the hospitality never does. 10/10, plan to stay again.

It was ok. The shower heads are made for someone 5 foot 3 inches. You have to bend over to wash your hair and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Mold everywhere. The room was ok but though for the price. Heat and AC cranked.

We checked in opened the hotel room door walked in and right back out again. We are used to budget priced hotels but this was by far the worst. There were roaches crawling under the wall coverings, open bear bottles in the fridge and cigarette butts in the bathroom. Ceiling was literally falling down. Staff was friendly and helpful and was able to walk us through getting a refund from the third party website we booked from. Also the smell was enough to make you gag.

My husband says it should be 1/2 ⭐ and I agree!!! Made to wait an hour past check in because "manager not here" and then get charged $7 more than what I booked it for through the Choice Hotel app. Room was disgusting - no garbage can, no drawer in bed side table, bathtub dirty, dead bugs under radiator - but it provided a roof over our head for 5 nights.
