Rooms are basic with minimum amenities. However rooms are very clean compared to other hotel/motel in this area. Rates are competitive. Exterior is not representable all the time due to work going on all the time. As far as my experience go with this motel their cleanness is always on the top.

When the word "budget" appears in a hotel name you know what to expect. This is a simple place with few amenities, although it does have Wi-Fi. It is clean and appears to have been renovated fairly recently. It is a great place to stay for a night or two. Let's face it; you generally spend most of your time outside your room so more elaborate amenities are just bell's and whistles. Staff is friendly. You can't ask for more so if you like basic accommodations, this is the place to be.

It looks very unsafe. You have an actual key to put in the lock. It was very hard to turn. This should have been my red flag. Way over priced for a room with concrete walls and a tiny electric in the room and it is snowing outside. I made my reservation, paid, got my key, went to my room, walked in and went straight to the front desk for my refund, it took about 5 days to get, but I got it. The guy at the front desk was very nice, but no never again.
