I went 65 years without ever seeing a bedbug. This place has BEDBUGS. TOOK PICTURES, TOOK A BEDBUG TO THE MANAGEMENT. HE SAID IT DIDNT COME FROM THERE...LIKE I WENT FROM HOTEL TO HOTEL TO FIND ONE AND BRING TO HIM? OH, the breakfast room? Filthy. Indoor pool, yeah, not in service. The restaurant? Only serving appetizers. Pitch a tent! For 200 and change?. Never would have written such a poor review if the manager hadn't basically called me a liar. Even after I gave him the bedbug.

Hotel is a dive. At 89 dollars a night I would expect a dive but at 182 a night I expect something a little nicer. Trip started toilet in room didn’t flush repair people came something nothing was wrong . Happened again in middle of night . Got up this morning to go out to Breakfast and no iron in room went down to desk had to ask for one. That’s a first and the icing on the cake was that they gave me was broken. Asked the Maid in hallway if she had one she was polite enough to get one from another room. Lastly after coming back from a day out went to take shower Luke warm hot water . I should have stayed at an AirB and B but I figured Days inn used to okay guess not. My thoughts should have payed extra money and used a Airb&B.

I’m currently living my worst nightmare. Arrived to this poor excuse of a hotel tonight (6/19/22) and the experience thus far has been abysmal. Front desk takes $100 from you for potential damages, even before giving you a room key. My room (223) didn’t have a working light upon entry, the bathroom smells like absolute puke (i’m not joking, someone actually puked on the shower curtains), and I just “enjoyed” a cold shower because there’s no hot water. And to top it all off, the front desk doesn’t answer his phone, so getting any help is near impossible. Stay away from this place! You’ve been warned.

My friend and I commented on how awesome this room looked for the price until we pulled the sheets down on the bed, then we were both shocked beyond belief. I could hardly speak to anyone at the hotel with a straight face after seeing the feces on one bed and blood stains on the other. The worst part of the experience was the people seemed to try to hide this complaint from everyone including the managers, which by the way I never saw or spoke to. Even the cleaning crew was not told to come to my room and clean it extra good the next morning, I had to go to the front desk and ask for my room to be cleaned and the mattress is to be turned over. I would’ve left it I’m not already paid through Booking.com and the hotel refused to refund any of my money. I have pictures but unfortunately I am not able to share them on this review but just let me say this is the most horrific thing I’ve ever had happened to me at a hotel or motel! Do not stay at this place they do not care about their customers they do not care about cleaning and they do not care how the place looks or smells!
