From the second we walked into the store, we felt welcomed. We weren’t berated, we were just welcomed in and helped. Our sales associate, Tammy, didn’t hound us, but let us look around. She answered every question and had great insight into all the things we were looking for. We also met the store manager, Terrance, who was equally as welcoming and helpful without being right on top of you. We are extremely pleased with our entire experience at Bob’s in Poughkeepsie and will happily return.

I liked how they didn't hound me as I shopped and browsed. They took the time to answer questions and gave me plenty of time to consider my purchase and I felt no pressure. So different than the others I've visited. Their products have good quality and great value. Thank you Bob's!

Tammy was spectacular! Everytime we showed her a piece we liked, she would surprise us with an extra feature that we didn't catch the first time. She also managed to point out similar items that were in stock as oppose to ones we chose that weren't. Which we ended up liking better! 100% were shop here again and recommend it.

Purchased Dining room set, mattress/box spring and sofa and love seat. 2 of the Dining room chairs were broken when delivered and I had to wait to get new ones. Over time the finish came off the table but I knew it was not heirloom quality and did not complain. Mattress sagged and needed to be replaced. Now my recliner is stuck in a reclining position. I have time left on the goof proof protection but it’s not covered because it’s not an accident? Now I am stuck with a chair that is reclined - they couldn’t even help me put it back in the regular position. This is a mechanical defect and they don’t stand behind there products- products are reasonable but you they won’t last so be aware you will be replacing your furniture within 1-4 years. So the reality it is not a good deal.
