Awful experience! I ordered a pair for my husband as a birthday gift with them online and their website estimated the shipping cost and everything and I pay them on their PayPal and after 10 days I got email from PayPal (not even them as a seller!) for my refund!!!!!! My time to buy a gift was over on top of Losing even 10 dollars to Paypal for their careless mistake not be able to ship the item and not even an apology or notification about my order being canceled!! After I email them they are still not feeling responsible for their unprofessional services. What out for these guys! They are basically don’t have any respect for you and your purchase. I am so disappointed and Angry with my money they took and my trust.

Only complaint i have is that they have sneakers for a certain price on their site…but if you go in person they charge you like $$70-100 bucks more for the same shoes.So which price is it? I went and paid $400 for some kicks but then i checked and their site says $335…smh…

Been shopping here for years but finally decided to fix my screen. Ifixit told me $350 and 2 days to fix my phone. When to Kicktronics and for $110 brand new screen and a screen protector. Best part was only Took about 20 mins and they were busy with a lot of customers. I’ll definitely be back. Website is legit too. Thanks again guys worth every penny
