We used the Hilton Parsippany to host our wedding guests. The Hotel was great in setting up a wedding block and working with us to add more rooms even 2 days before the big day! Amanda was great and worked behind the scenes to make sure everything was running smoothly. The restaurants at the hotel were all open. The steakhouse is great and super convenient for a latte night meal. The lobby bar was open and the cocktails are great! All the staff were nice! My guests and myself are very happy with the our weekend experience.

I flew into town for a friends birthday and stayed at the Hilton for the weekend. The hotel was great but the staff was absolutely phenomenal, truly the best hotel experience I have ever had and it was because of Drew. He went so far above and beyond what you would expect from someone working the desk. Thank you so much Drew for an amazing weekend!

Booked this hotel by accident, and not really disappointed. Beautiful & clean. Window in room wouldn’t fully close or latch, and never could get the room to heat up - only cold air blowing. Bed was comfortable, room was big & staff were quick and polite.

The staff was friendly and accommodations are nice and comfortable enough. The hotel is also located in a very quiet and safe area. I took off 2 stars because there were ants in the bathroom floor, which indicates to me that there is a cleanliness issue. They are also not cleaning the rooms unless requested the day before, I was fine with this except that after the third day we started to run low on basic things like toilet paper. I waited all day for someone to deliver these necessary items to the room and still had to make the trip to the front desk to get them myself. You are constantly getting emails and text messages asking how's your stay but it seems like someone is just checking a box and doesn't actually care about the response. In order to get getting done you have to walk all the way to the front desk, which was actually quite far and inconvenient from where my room was located. Unfortunately, this stay has truly made me question my loyalty to the Hilton brand.
