I would not suggest going here or joining verizon. The workers here have been very nice but last year in May I purchased an apple watch and was told there was a promotion for $150 off the watch if I paid the total amount over 24 months. I never got the promotion and was told it takes a couple of months. I have been calling customer service every month since January and also spoke with the manager of this store on the phone once, every time being reassured that this would be fixed and that the promotion would be in effect for the next bill. I even went to the store a couple days ago and was told the manager was not there but that they would call me. I never got a call and still am being billed for the total amount of the watch. I wish I had never purchased the watch and will most likely be switching services.
