Embassy Suites is one of my top 5 choices when considering a place to stay. I was underwhelmed by this property as it can use some updating. Especially if the rates are not lowered. When I arrived the staff person that checked me on liked at me as if I'd stolen something. Then the AC was not working in the room. They did get it fixed after several calls to the front desk to send someone up. Overall I was not pleased to say the least. I've been known to overlook things has the staff been pleasant but that wasn't the case. Hopefully they have plans of freshening the place up.

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel to everyone that works here. I love this hotel. Orlando as a manager ROCKS!!!!!!! He’s patient, kind, funny, and professional. Stephany is the absolute best. I’ve been blessed to have her on multiple occasions and in different locations and she is no awesome. She is so helpful and has a great personality. Anya although she made a human error she was also great. Things happen but the staff this morning, Orlando and the girl that was there (I didn’t get her name) fixed the problem and offered me a solution. I love this place. I have been coming here for around 7 years about 5-6 times a year and the staff has always been great. Melissa also is fantastic. I’ll continue to come here and recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys for making our stay so stress free and fun. See you next time!!!!

Was nice. The lobby is beautiful!!!! Could use some updating. Unfortunately the hottub, pool, and restaurants are all closed (the restaurant might be permanently closed.) This wouldn’t be a problem if signs weren’t posted all around showing specials for the restaurant like in the elevator. I love the free drink hour. Bed was very clean. The bathroom tub had some easy to cover up rust. Room was clean.

Hotel itself is nice I like the layout of the rooms, with the private bedroom and then the living room with the fold-out couch for the kids and the free breakfast is tremendous they even have an omelet station. Gym is decent. The problems I had which made me give it a three were the fact that the two days I was there there was no internet which was horrible for the kids, and I put left over food in the refrigerator one night and the next morning I opened it and everything was warm. the refrigerator wasn't working so the food was ruined.
