Unbelievably long wait times. Came here THREE TIMES and waited to speak to someone for almost an hour each time. Ended up leaving every time. Absolute waste of time. The staff is worthless.

They only allow 3 "outsiders" inside the building. When 1 leaves then they text you to come inside. Masks have to be worn.
