Awful, went in to upgrade my phone last week. Wrong phone was ordered. Girl at counter when I went back in to have corrected was nasty. Only words out of her mouth were, No, Can't, and Not. Very combative. I would not go here. Customer service is important, and the service here is lacking.

I had a good experience here. I got an upgraded phone here and the girl was so helpful. I didn’t know how it worked at all but she was very patient and answered all my questions. (even though some where pretty self explanatory) She didn’t try to up sell me or anything, she asked for my budget and helped me work with it. I will definitely come back if I have any issues, the customer service was great.
