Great customer service! Bought a used camera and lens here, worked fine during the 8 day trial period, but the autofocus started malfunctioning within the next month. Brought it back hoping for the best but not sure what they'd say. They took a look and gave me another, even better used camera body, no charge. Above and beyond!

I really like this place, they are super friendly and they develop my film relatively fast, but lately I've noticed that they aren't washing completely the fixer off the film prior to drying. I was very excited to develop some shots I took at Yosemite, but when I was scanning my film at home, I noticed it's full of splotches.

It was my 1st time visiting Nelson’s, and I was so impressed. A neighbor gave me a film camera that I wasn’t sure worked and so I brought it in. Katie not only answered all my questions but she taught me how to use the camera in just a few minutes. She was such a sweet and kind person, and never made me feel dumb when helping me. The pricing for batteries and film was reasonable and the store has a wide variety of camera equipment available for purchase. I would totally recommend this place to anyone interested in photography! I can’t wait to go back to develop my film there :)
