Horrible customer service! Brought in a prepaid printed label… just needed an overnight envelope and ship. After a lot of eye rolling and grunts… I as given an envelope… then when her scanner didn’t work… she says just go somewhere else. Really?? How about input the tracking numbers…. I’ve seen bad customer service… but this was a whole different level! Stay away from this place!!

Beyond terrible customer service. Just absolutely stunning how bad they are; I understand that this is a hard job but the staff was actively ignoring me and sighed at my simple request to print color copies from their better printer behind the counter.

They do not always pick up packages here! The employees are arrogant and not customer focused but quick to point out mistakes. Unreliable, full of mistakes, low quality work. You have been warned.
