Worst store I’ve been to in recent memory. The whole ‘aging hipster caricature’ persona of its staff is tiring. Makes me even more thankful for my local camera store (Norman), where the staff is both knowledgeable and down-to-earth.

I was pleasantly surprised by the good customer service at the camera store. I'd stopped by a few other camera stores and received mediocre customer service and didn't end up purchasing the new camera I was seeking . I was initially put off by the mask requirement, but it's their store so they can do what they want and they provided a free mask Shea (sp?) was an absolute delight. She was very patient and took the time to show me many different camera options. She asked about what I was looking for, my experience and price point. I believe she truly wanted me to get a camera that suits my needs. She even called me back post sale to let me know the screen protector I had wanted was back in stock. When I came in for the screen protector Shea took the time to install it for me. Couldn't be happier!

The customer service is horrible here. I was in this store for at least 20 minutes not one staff offered to help with anything, made eye contact with me but no assistance. I will never go in this establishment again, not welcoming and didn’t greet as I walked in but made sure to take my wrist Temperature. Staff sat there and had talked with one another while I was in need of assistance. Very unwelcoming and maybe even prejudice. I just can not believe how I was ignored, unbelievable. If I could give this zero stars I would, they don’t even deserve my one star I’m leaving

Needed last minute disposables and grabbed two from them no problem! Brought them back and they were able scan onto a CD (they can do flashdrive too, I just forgot mine lol) and give my my negatives intact and neatly 'filed'. Quick service and friendly staff, v responsive over e-mail.

You should bring it by!
They have an excellent selection of cameras.
They check your temp at the door, make you sanitize your hands and then put on gloves before fully entering.
Like Kevin answered. It would be best to give them a call. They can givevyou the details over the call. These guys are highly experienced in what they do.
Hi, Janey! Thank you for reaching out to Looking Glass. Unfortunately, we do not rent slide scanners. The one we had in rentals at one time required a $100 software be installed on the users computer. This is obviously a roadblock. I wish I had better news! -Jon.
Kodachrome is no longer a film that any lab I know of can process.
Yes. They do a nice job.
Yes!
Go inside I'm sure that they can help you.
They have a partner they send film to for development. Since disposables are typically 35mm i assume they can get that taken care of for you.
You can take film to them to be developed. I believe they send it out to be done but it usually comes back within 2-3 days in my experience.
They do. They have to evaluate and probably don't give a lot. If you are looking to buy something there, I think that they give you a little more.
I suggest taking it in to the pros at looking glass. It may be a quick fix or something that requires service.
They do, they buy both digital and film cameras depending on an in person assessment. They will also reject cameras that have no market value for them (ex polaroids and other formats for which their is no film). I've known them to provide either a dollar value or in store credit. Typically you will get more for in store credit and most for selling the camera yourself.
