The less days l said about this place, the better. Tell the emergency vehicle to take you to Cooper or to Virtua. Never again.

Horrible experience. No communication between nurses/staff. They also did not know how to properly respond to upset patients and family. Left the patient sitting in clothes with throw up on them until we begged long enough for a gown. Afterwards, they shoved the dirty clothes into a bag that contained the patients clean socks and shoes. The patient told workers he was going to throw up prior to doing so, and they did nothing. Nobody knew what the next step was, ever. Tried asking, but because we were rightly upset and frustrated we were told to shut up by one of the nurses who were not even with the patient. Sat waiting for an X-ray for an hour and a half after being told we would be seen shortly. The doctors were cool, but the experience overall was horrendous based on the absolute unpreparedness for real world hospital experience and lack of communication skills. I’d rather drive ain’t Philly next time than go back.

I don't understand the question
I'm not sure my mom nor I spent any time over night!!
All I can tell you that I had a bad experience my self they treat me using starch towels to clean me . Probably the board of health to complain good luck
There is the problem is it is at the front entrance and that is closed at the moment for Covid
Ask the social worker to help you with that.
Medical records department or your doctor
I have seen therapy dogs in the Stratford hospital
7am - 7pm
There was one at either Washington Twp or Cherry hill when we were Kennedy. A person to contact would be Kim Muckenfuss
It's 18
Call the main number and speak to administrators
856-346 -6000 ask for admissions
Go to the county where they were born. Prove who you are and pay $10.00.
They just need to get one from another unit if they really don't have one in theirs
Front lot on Laurel Road
Your going to go into the Admissions/Registration Entrance off Laurel Rd.
Not at the hospital. All records are sent to vital statistics in the county . Go there with proof of who you are and you will get one
As far as I know you can not get it straight from a hospital. It can be purchased from the state thru vital statistics or thru some agencies The closest vital statistics to Kennedy is in Voorhees Town Center. The cost is $25.
