The staff was horrible and very unprofessional and unpleasant. I was told told twice over the phone as well as in person that my tire would be plugged in 30 minutes. Not only was my wait time over 2 hours but to add insult to injury I literally them service another that arrived at least 20 minutes after mine. I will never come here again and I’ve also advised many of my family members as well as associates to never visit or patronize this location ever again. I wish I had more thumbs to give this a 10 thumbs down rating.

Manager Alex from Pep Boys, Straford, NJ was awesome. Went over what I did not understand about my Vehicle and price. Very kind to this senior citizen! Thanks Alex !

No longer a parts store, only tires, batteries etc. Quick service on a car battery change, in/out in less than an hour.

You need the year and model number. You can go online or Price or call the store parts dept.

If pepboys did my breaks and a few weeks after my breaks failed and had to be done all over again by the dealer, shouldn't I be reimbursed by Pepboys?

You should have taken it back to Pep Boys and had them fix it.
