If pepboys did my breaks and a few weeks after my breaks failed and had to be done all over again by the dealer, shouldn't I be reimbursed by Pepboys?

You should have taken it back to Pep Boys and had them fix it.

I don't deal with Pep Boys anymore that I need tires they don't really have mechanics there and Southern guys are about Village idiots they told a girl one time that they did she needed a Magneto in her car and they haven't had my new toes in the car since 1920 that's why I don't feel a Pep Boys

I agree, I would have taken it back to Pep boys. If you have receipts from both places I would go and talk with a manager

Not sure. Perhaps you should have taken the car back to the Pep Boys location that installed the original brakes. You chose to go to the dealer instead, you may have a small claim case, although, I am not sure. If something is wrong with a job that Pep Boys did, (have not had that happen), I would return to them to allow them the chance to fix it, before I go somewhere else.
