If you use your credit card, they will suggest that you leave a tip by putting you on the spot and asking you. The only way to bypass the tip is by saying no and having Them bypass it for you! It's a wash your own pet facility, I bring my own shampoo.

Staff were really helpful. Dog wash had great water pressure, shed control shampoo and conditioner, and high velocity dryer. They didn't pressure me to be out in a certain timeframe which is great because my dog takes a lot of time to dry and brush. Also they have dog cannolis! We will be back. The shed control treatment works well, my pup is silky and his undercoat came out no problem.

My dog Daisy and I had a great experience at Soggy Doggy today. It was our first time at a self-serve dog wash. Stephanie showed me around and explained how to use everything. My dog was terrified but Stephanie took the time to make sure she was okay. She made our experience very positive and was so gentle and kind with my dog. The facilities were clean, organized, and well run. We will definitely be back.

Amazing staff! All of then were so kind and helpful when we went for our first time. They have all the shampoos and extra cleaners that you would ever need and they made sure to ask about allergies and sensitive skin before we started. 2 big dogs clean and happy for under $50 can't be beat😍

Do you have to lift your dog into the tub? I have a senior dog and it's difficult to lift her painlessly.
