My wife and I were looking to purchase new bikes. Rene was extremely helpful. He listened to what we needed and gave us a few options. He was never pushy when we told him we were just beginning to look. We visited a few other bike shops to look at what they had to offer, but none were as helpful or interested in our needs so we were glad to go back and give Rene and Bicycle Warehouse our business. We are loving our new Giant Contend AR3 and Liv Rove 4 bikes!

Bicycle warehouse on Santa Fe Dr. Is a bit tricky to get to but worth it. A great selection of Bicycles and accessories and people who are helpful and smart. Go on your bike and continue down Santa Fe to the Rose Canyon off road bike world. And Karl Strauss brewery along the way. What more could you ask for. Ya gotta go...!

Terrible customer service! First off I bought two bikes here less than a month ago. They charged me some fees on top of MSRP for assembly of the bikes (while there are other bike shops in the area that do not). This was not a huge deal but what threw me off was that I took my bike there a week later to attach a front baby seat because I did not have the necessary tools to loosen and tighten the wheel screws. I was then told that they are too busy to do it on the same day and I have to take the bike back at a later time - come one guys! This was a 5-min work (I ended up doing it myself in 5 min borrowing an Allen key from my neighbor). When I told the guy at the shop that this should not take that much time, he turned back and said "I am sorry I am following order from by boss and we cannot touch this today, we have the Allen key to sell if you would like to do it yourself or just leave the bike or bring it back on another day "! I will not go back again.

I recommend coming to the PB store so we can see what size tube you have in there now and yes you can put a wider tire on your Defy it's getting very popular to put a 28 width tire on.
