Always a fun time just looking, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Offering good advice and criticism for what works well and what does not work for you and your hat choice. The quality of hats (and styles) is top notch, especially given the prices. But you pay for the quality of the product, and I have not been disappointed by any of hats I bought from them.

Austin, manager at store, was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Had an issue with one of the hats after purchasing and he was very quick and helpful at finding a solution. This experience turned me from a one-time buyer into a lifetime customer. Absolutely recommend this store for its excellent l customer service and wide selection of hats!

I think so, I've definitely had one stretched before. Probably more likely if it's a Goorin hat.
They have a very knowledgeable staff. If they do not offer the service they will be able to direct you to someone who does.
