This has been a great place to store our things for more than 2-1/2 years. It has been secure and dry, with good access. We started out with 3 units and now have 2. One thing that could be better is the rates. I believe ours went up over $100/mo in 2-1/2 years. We will be moving to another facility for a better rate!

I used Extra Space Storage for a year and a half and never had any problems. My parents also have one. I felt safe leaving my things there and would use them again if needed. Steve was so kind to help me through the very easy cancelling process too. Thanks for keeping all my treasures safe!

I'm not normally a reviewer of products or companies, but I am reviewing this place because the man working there went above and beyond for me, when I was caught in a bind. Much appreciated. Also, for other things about this place, it's clean, easy to access units, and has pretty good hours for the gate access.

Clean, well kept facility- both interior and exterior. Reasonably priced and good location, right off TV HWY in Hillsboro. Customer service and communication is genuinely the best I've experienced with a storage facility. I needed to upgrade from a 5x7 to 10x10 unit and the rep walked me through the easiest, most cost effective way to swap units. Instructions were very understandable and my questions were answered clearly and respectfully. Would recommend.
