Went to the store to upgrade one of our old phones, the rep told us of the new plan but I said no because of previous experience where you change plan and you come up with surprise charges in your bill and if you don’t catch it and call customer service it will stay in your bill. I said don’t change my plan and he said I’m making a mistake and he doesn’t understand why I’m not changing my plan. He sounded like that pushy salesman so I said we’re done here. On our way out, I asked for the store manager so I can say my complaint. He told me that the rep is just doing his job by telling us about new plans, I said no to the new plan already and the rep is telling us we’re making a mistake but this manager is just like the rep who’s not hearing what I’m saying.. useless!

Logan here at AT&t was fantastic he whipped out my new account and swapped over my existing number from prepaid to postpaid when no other AT&t was able to come through and meet my needs AT&t here in Kitsap Silverdale Mall was able to The manager was awesome by understanding my dilemma and the predicament I was in and sent an awesome employee to get the job done Logan was knowledgeable very courteous and extremely patient with me thank you so very much you guys👍🏼 -You rock!!🤘🏼 Sincerely -Johnny. 😊

Very happy to visit a store with a knowledgeable service representative working. Paul took the time to break down all costs and run numbers to ensure I was getting the best wireless package and deal. He was able to answer my questions and gave really great service. The store is very clean and taking all covid-19 restrictions seriously. Talking to a person face to face was so much easier than trying to view plans and phones online. Very appreciative that the corporate store is still open and accessible.
