This place was my go-to dispensary. Close, convient, good prices and the staff always seemed nice and knowledgeable. Not to say that they aren't but after a recent experience at this location I have decided not to shop at either of this stores locations. I was sold a faulty cart and due to a staff goof-up the cartridge was not listed on the receipt provided by the store. They tested the cartridge and they tested my battery but they for whatever reason if wasn't functioning on my battery despite both of them testing strong, so because the item I MOST definitely purchased wasn't listed on the receipt they refused to exchange it for another one despite the cartridge being faulty..the manager offered 35% off another item but I didn't think the solution to the problem was for me to spend more money. It's unfortunate but I can't go back to a place that treats customers that way. Honestly I felt gaslit, like they thought I was trying to get one over of them. So I am no longer going to be shopping there. May the grass be danker on the other side.

I went in to talk to someone about edibles to help me sleep. Being unfamiliar, I depended on getting some education and knowledgeable help. The girl who helped me didn't seem all that knowledgeable, kept reading all the packages and fumbling around. She sold me some dissolvables. After doing some research on my own, she sold me THC and not CBD. The place felt dirty and I didn't care for the vibe. I'll try another shop.

Best Pot Shop in Kitsap County! Not only do they have the best deals and specials daily but the people that work there are very knowledgeable as well as helpful. If I go in there and tell them my preference and price range they ALWAYS seem to find a perfect fit ! They have 20% after 8pm and I believe as well as the early morning. They have a wide selection of buds, cartridges, joints, everything and anything you can think of. Even though the shop is small i never have to wait long if there are people in front of me. They also have curbside assistance which is great for me so I don't have to even get out of my vehicle if I can't. Hands down best shop ever !
