Uncle Joe's Pizzeria

Uncle Joe's is a combination sit down restaurant and pizza takeout joint. You enter on the pizzeria side (which appeared quite busy judging by the activity in the kitchen) and wait to be seated on the restaurant side. That was our only complaint, and a minor one at that. We waited what seemed like a long time to be seated, even though were open tables and booths. Other than that, everything was great. The food was delicious and our server was terrific. They have a large menu, with a full page of lunch specials.

Wings are good, Salad is okay. Pizza taste like cheap frozen pizza. We were told meatballs were homemade but biting into them, they taste like they are spongy and frozen. Haddock Marinara is not good at all, Lasagna is awful... I'm sitting here wondering why people can give it a 5 star. I'm not impressed with Uncle Joes, or any resturants in the Waterloo- Geneva area for that matter. Waste of 60 bucks last night!

Fresh ingredients. The greens and beans was yummy. We also had a small pizza and eggplant parmesan sub. Sub was good. I was expecting a NY style pizza, but it wasn't. Way too thick almost a Chicago style feel but not as thick. Everything is homemade the menu has many options. Did not have wings, many other patrons did they looked good. Italian bread is homemade that's enough reason to try this place. Our server was excellent!!

Always a good meal, wings are awesome, nice and crispy. Pizza is solid, thick crust so it's different, but it's a nice light thick crust. And you can't go wrong with a nice warm big Al. Nice homey atmosphere and welcoming staff too.
