This place could be great. Unfortunately, it deteriorated in cleanliness over the last years and the service is not at all what it should be. I went in to get a sandwhich. There was no other customer there. The two employees chatted with the cook. One turned when she saw me standing in front of the counter, looked at me and turned back to her chat with the cook. All three did not react to my "Excuse me, please." The second time I adressed them I raised the volume of my voice thinking they might not have heard me. Again, the cook did look at me, but also turned back to his chat with the girls. It is sad, since the place was great only a couple of years back. I hope the owner realizes that he needs to make changes soon in order to keep his customers. I will definitely not recommend the place anytime soon again.

We ordered 3 dozen cannolis for a bridal shower with a verified 8am pick up time today. I arrived to get them, only to be told they forgot to make them. I had to leave the bridal shower preparations to go back to Bagels and Cakes to get them after they finally made them (80 minute round trip for the second run.) They did offer to deliver them, but why would I trust that they would deliver them on time if they couldn't even make them on time? I picked them up to ensure they would be there before the party started. Think twice about ordering for an event. If you do, you may want to call and remind them to make what you actually ordered.

The service is good and your food comes out quick. Nice place to eat for breakfast and lunch. A bonus is that it has amazing baked goods as well. Cozy and casual atmosphere and it only got busy as we started to leave. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome food, great staff. The menu was a change from standard in a great way. Lots of healthy and some not so waisted friendly but all awesome! Make this a stop when you're near.
