6/16/22. You could not order any warm sub or any warm parts of a sub. They were having technical difficulties. There were only two customers including myself in the store and most of the available tabletops were filthy and not wiped down. I will not come back. This reinforces why I don't come to Firehouse often.

My intent here is to file a formal compliment specifically against Ross who self proclaimed and in fact is spectacular. I wasn't really hungry but I was in the area and I've always had an amazing experience here. Yesterday was by far the best and this is completely Ross's fault. He and his associate made an amazing sandwich treated me with the highest level of respect and courtesy and I wound up eating the brisket sandwich that was just amazing and at a tremendous value. There's my story and I'm sticking to it.. And oh by the way, in the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger... "I'll be back". THANK YOU

I have ordered from here several times and usually have no problems. Good food, friendly people, however the last 2 days i have ordered thru a delivery app and now they are refusing to take orders online without any explanation. Kinda stinks because i am not from the area and do not have a vehicle here to be able to order and pickup something on my own. Hope this gets resolved quickly. Phone number is also not a valid number.
