Loved the animals and the workers. Marie saw us looking at the goats and gave us some food for all the animals. The lake was close and the covered area on the shore was beautiful. The cabin itself is nice but a little odd. The rooms on the main floor and loft didn't have ceilings, almost like cubicles. It was especially noticable on the loft because the wall ended about 10 ft below the ceiling. That being said, the majority of the beds are in the basement where the rooms have ceilings. There were a few maintenance issues I noticed like a broken ceiling fan and burnt out lightbulbs. There are flies, but it's a house next to a barn so that's to be expected. I should also mention that the wifi was spotty. Overall I would highly recommend the cabin despite the mentioned inconveniences. I had a really fun time.
