In general, the service is good. For me, It will be better if there was a worker after work hours incase of emergencies.

The smoke detector was chirping. I called the front office about it and next thing I knew a maintenance person showed up, changed the batteries and waited a few minutes to make sure I told him the correct one. He was very friendly.

Brownsburg Crossing Apartments made our move great. My husband and I was relocating to the avon, in area for employment. This complex made it easy for us to find a place. The apartment is quiet and comes with central ac, dishwasher, microwave, and a laundry room. Renita Sanders was great in the communication process. I highly recommend them to anyone moving near the Indianapolis area.
