I waited an hour and a half for service. And the gentleman that was doing my blood pressure etc. seemed like he was high. Very slow very out of sorts and forgot a few things which made the nurse practitioners job harder because then she had to do those things when she came in, and asked those questions. The nurse practitioner was very professional very knowledgeable and very understanding with what I had to say about the gentleman before me me. I absolutely loved the nurse practitioner thank you

would give 0 stars if i could. took my partner here because they were having every single symptom of a severe UTI and were in intense pain. they “tested” her urine and said there was no bacteria and it was completely negative. they told her to take AZO and drink more water. she drinks more than enough water daily. that was not the issue. today she was still having severe symptoms so i took her to a community health medcheck and they tested her urine and said it was FULL of bacteria. severe uti, getting antibiotics prescribed and picked up tonight. i don’t understand how they couldn’t see the bacteria. it’s medical negligence. UTIs can turn into kidney infections which are life threatening. her physician was named Eric.absolutely terrible. go anywhere else if you can.

We have come here several times. Once we actually got treatment. Two other times we were sent away to go to Avon. I should have learned the first time that you need to call in to verify if they have an X-ray tech. They are short staffed and they don’t always have an X-ray tech in house. We then go to Avon and lose our place in line and start the wait over for 2-3 hours! This is not urgent by any means but it is probably better than going to the ER if it is not life threatening.

Horrible staff all around (especially Becky - the rudest nurse I have EVER met) and not helpful whatsoever. Had to go to another urgent care place for my children to be diagnosed and given a prescription.
